Our packages are shipped with Bpost and Post NL

Deliveries in Belgium

Free delivery on orders over €45.

For orders under €45:

• bpost home delivery < 10 kg: €5.50

• PostNL home delivery < 20 kg: €5.50

• Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday.

Deliveries in the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Free delivery for orders over €45.

For orders under €45:

• Home delivery in the Netherlands: Post NL < 20 kg = €6.50

• Home delivery in Luxembourg Bpost = < 6 kg = €11.

• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

Delivery

We do our best to deliver your package to Bpost or Post NL as soon as possible after you place your order. Your package will normally be handed over to bpost within 24 hours on working days and delivered by bpost within 24 hours in Belgium and within 48 hours in the Netherlands. Delivery to other European countries normally takes 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country. You can track the status of your package using the Track & Trace function.

Were you not at home at the time of delivery?

Were you not at home at the time of delivery? Then you will have received a message with information about where and when you can collect your package. Your package will usually be available for collection at the specified post office, where you can pick it up within the specified period.

Right of return/cancellation

Although we do our utmost to describe our products as accurately as possible, it is of course always possible that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return a purchased item within 14 days of receipt. A reason is not required, but it can help us improve our service. Please note: opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The customer is responsible for the return costs. These amount to €8.

Returning an item

For customers in Belgium and other countries

• 1) Send us an email as soon as possible with the following information:
• • Your full name
• • The order number of your order.
• • If possible, use the original packaging for the return. If you use the original packaging, make sure you stick the return label over the original shipping label.

2) Take the package and the return label to the nearest B-post or Post NL point. Important:

• We must receive the returned product within 14 working days after you have received the return ticket from us.
• Refunds will be made as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 working days after receipt of the return shipment, provided that all conditions as described below have been strictly met.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition and preferably in their original packaging, with all accessories and instructions included. Returned items must not have been used. If an item has decreased in value due to use, we will charge you for this. Please note: opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  
• We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
