Anti-Age Renewal Routine

Ochtend

1. Reinig met de 8% Amandelzuur Cleanser.
2. Breng de Cellular Renewal Cream aan.
3. Sluit af met de High Protection Tinted SPF50.
   

Avond

1. Reinig opnieuw met de 8% Amandelzuur Cleanser.
2. Breng Retinol 0.1% aan op een droge huid.
3. Sluit af met de Cellular Renewal Cream.
   

Gebruik retinol geleidelijk op indien je nog geen retinol gewend bent en gebruik dagelijks SPF voor een optimale bescherming.

• Week 1 – 2: 2x per week
• Week 3 – 4: om de 2 avonden
• Vanaf week 5: 3–5 avonden per week (indien goed verdragen)

Tip: bij gevoeligheid kan je een dun laagje crème onder de retinol aanbrengen (“sandwich-methode”) of retinol even pauzeren.

8% Mandelic Acid Cleanser (gentle exfoliating AHA)

Mandelic acid is a mild AHA ideal for aging or more sensitive skin.

• Gently exfoliates and reduces dullness.
• Refines skin texture and visibly minimizes pores.
• Provides a fresher, more even appearance.
• Optimally prepares the skin for retinol and other active ingredients.
• Activates cell renewal that slows down with age.
  

Smooth Operator Retinol 0.3%

Retinol is one of the most powerful and well-researched anti-aging ingredients.

Key active ingredients:

• 0.3% pure retinol (stabilized):stimulates the skin's collagen builders, accelerates cell renewal, and refines pores. Its slow release reduces irritation.
• 1% Alpha Bisabolol:calms redness and soothes sensitivity.
• Jojoba oil:moisturizes, softens, and has a mild antioxidant effect.
  

Why this works: Retinol stimulates collagen, improves texture, reduces fine lines, and makes the skin more even and clear.

Cellular Renewal Cream

A nourishing cream that combines hydration, repair, and comfort — exactly what mature skin needs.

• Urea:attracts moisture and makes the skin more supple.
• Squalane:strengthens the skin barrier and prevents moisture loss.
• Panthenol (vitamin B5):calms and supports repair.
• Allantoin:reduces sensitivity and irritation.
• Retinyl Palmitate:mild vitamin A that supports cell renewal without irritation.
  

Tinted SPF50 — daily protection (even in winter)

SPF50 protects your skin against:

• UVA→ penetrates deep, causes wrinkles, sagging, and pigment spots.
• UVB→ causes sunburn and superficial damage.
  

Why SPF50 is needed every day:

• UVA rays are always present, even on cloudy days or in winter.
• They pass through clouds and glassand reach the deeper skin layers.
• UVA causes up to 80% of visible skin aging.
• Indispensable when using retinol or AHAs.

The tint is deliberately chosen: tinted SPF blocks blue light much better than transparent sunscreen.
